GHR Rechtsanwälte unterstützte die dänische GPV International A/S bei der Übernahme der Schweizer CCS-Gruppe

On December 28, 2018, Aktieselskabet Schouw & Co. (Nasdaq Copenhagen: SCHO), through its subsidiary GPV International A/S, Denmark, acquired 100% of CCS Group, a Swiss-based leading EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Service) provider. GPV is Denmark’s largest electronics manufacturer and specializes in advanced electronic solutions and mechatronics and acts as supplier to several of the largest international OEM companies in the cleantech, instruments & industry, medico, marine and defense sectors. The transaction will double the size of GPV and place the company among the largest European EMS businesses.
