GHR advised Goldman Sachs Bank USA as to Swiss law in connection with the restructuring and refinancing of Tronox Group, a global leader in the production and marketing of titanium bearing mineral sands and titanium dioxide pigment. Goldman Sachs Bank USA acted as sole lead arranger, joint bookrunner, administrative agent, collateral agent and syndication agent. The transaction included the amendment and restatement of the existing senior secured term loan and revolving loan agreements between, amongst others, Tronox, Goldman Sachs Bank USA, as term loan agent, and UBS AG, Stamford Branch, as revolving loan agent. Latham & Watkins acted as lead counsel for Goldman Sachs Bank USA. Winston & Strawn acted as lead counsel for UBS AG, Stamford Branch.
