GHR Rechtsanwälte AG unterstützte CEMEX zur Bewilligung eines grünen Finanzierungsdarlehen in Höhe von ca. 106 Millionen Euro

In June/July 2016, GHR Rechtsanwälte AG advised CEMEX (NYSE: CX), the global building materials company, in banking and finance and as to Swiss corporate law on its financing arrangements with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and in connection with the IFC’s accession to the facilities agreement dated 29 September 2014. The new green financing loan in an amount of approximately €106 million will be used to support CEMEX’s sustainable investment programs in emerging markets. Slaugther and May (London) advised CEMEX as to UK law. GHR Rechtsanwälte AG acted as legal advisor to CEMEX on the Swiss law aspects of the transaction.
