Ludovic Duarte qualifies as Certified Specialist SBA Inheritance Law

We are pleased to announce that our colleague Ludovic Duarte has been certified as Certified Specialist SBA Inheritance Law by the Swiss Bar Association. Ludovic Duarte, M.B.A. is admitted to all Swiss courts. He joined GHR Rechtsanwälte AG in January 2018 as a partner. He previously worked for a renowned law firm in Zurich and for a management consulting company in Bern.

As Certified Specialist SBA Inheritance Law, Ludovic Duarte advises private clients and entrepreneurs in all matters of inheritance law. His activities include all aspects of estate planning and administration including wills and testaments and the enforcement of inheritance law claims before all Swiss courts.
