Associates and tax experts
We always welcome applications from qualified, ambitious, motivated lawyers as well as (future) certified tax experts with outstanding academic credentials and a solid knowledge of English.
We are a group of highly skilled lawyers. Our aim is to understand our clients' industries and needs and to provide unparalleled customer service. To maintain our leading edge as legal counsel, we place very high demands on ourselves and the members of our team. Exceptional performance and excellent professional skills are therefore essential. That is why we strive to attract the best legal talent.
Each new member of the team receives intense on-the-job training and extensive legal education under the supervision of an experienced partner or senior associate. Responsibility is delegated at a very early stage and associates are provided with the opportunity to specialize in specific areas of the law in accordance with their interests and skills. In addition, we attach great importance on our lawyers' ability to expand their business development proficiencies.
Junior associates
We also welcome applications from junior associates who wish to receive twelve months of intensive training in preparation for the bar exam. As a member of a team, you will perform legal researches, draft briefs and court submissions, attend court hearings, work alongside clients and assist other GHR professionals in challenging transactions. In order to ensure a broad education and a solid preparation for the bar exam, junior associates regularly work in all practice teams.
Support staff
Providing legal excellence for our clients requires a motivated and enthusiastic support staff team. Our business support staff is therefore an important part of the GHR family. Business support includes office services, reception and switchboard, accounting and payroll, marketing, communication, knowledge management, organization and management of law firm events, and HR. We offer attractive job opportunities for candidates of German mother tongue, with a sound knowledge of English, standard PC programs expert user-end knowledge and the ability to work independently.
Training and education
Our lawyers and staff are provided the opportunity of obtaining additional training and education in Switzerland or abroad. Assistance in connection with long-term career planning is provided as well. We also encourage our associates and staff members to actively participate in conferences, workshops and expert groups of professional associations. In addition, we offer regular internal workshops in selected practice areas.
