GHR Rechtsanwälte advised on the sale of Flotron AG to BKW's Griag Holding AG

In October 2019, the management sold 100% of the shares in Flotron AG, a company limited by shares and domiciled in Meiringen, to GRIAG Holding AG, a company limited by shares and domiciled in Burgdorf, for a non-disclosed purchase prize. Flotron AG provides for services as land surveyor, in particular through air photogrammetry and laser scanning. GRIAG Holding AG is part of the BKW Group (Bernische Kraftwerke, Berne Electricity Works) and holding company of Grunder Ingenieure AG, a leading land surveyor's office in the Canton of Bern. Gerhard Roth (lead) and Stephan A. Hofer supported the management of Flotron AG in this transaction.
