GHR Rechtsanwälte represented Swiss Art Handling AG in the acquisition of Natural Le Coultre Group

In November 2017, GHR Rechtsanwälte advised French investment group Horus Finance, Paris, in connection with the acquisition of Swiss Natural Le Coultre-Group consisting of the Swiss entities Natural Le Coultre SA, Fine Art Transports Natural Le Coultre SA, Expositions Natural Le Coultre SA, Sled Services SA, Rodolphe Haller SA, and Arts-Franc SA and of French entity Transart International S.A.S. Based in Geneva, the Group specializes in handling and packaging, storage and security, transport and insurance, as well as the maintenance and conservation of works of art and valuable items. GHR Rechtsanwälte acted as counsel to Horus Finance. The GHR team consisted of Marc Grüninger (lead), Rolf Hartmann, Markus Brülhart and Stephan A. Hofer.
