GHR Rechtsanwälte advised the owners of Hoppe Holding AG on setting up a cross-generational family charter

GHR Rechtsanwälte AG supported the HOPPE HOLDING AG as well as the Swiss family line of the Hoppe family in the establishment of a family charter. GHR moderated the establishment of the family charter in collaboration with Hennerkes, Kirchdörfer & Lorz, Stuttgart, established the agreements for the company and the Swiss family line and was responsible for the provision of Swiss tax advice. 

HOPPE-Group is a leading group of companies in the development and manufacturing of door and window fittings. Founded in 1952 by Friedrich Hoppe, today the group has approximately 3,000 employees worldwide. The group runs production sites in Germany, Italy, the Czech Republic as well as the United States, apart of further distribution companies in various countries. The group's holding company is domiciled in Mustair, Switzerland.
