In 2018, GHR Rechtsanwälte AG acted for the Department of Finance of the State of Bern in structuring a stock-up by CHF 50 million to CHF 200 million of its offering of 0.05% bonds due 2031. Credit Suisse acted as manager. The GHR team was headed by Bruno Hunziker (Partner).
