GHR Rechtsanwälte advised on the acquisition of Team Relocations by SIRVA Worldwide, Inc.

GHR Rechtsanwälte AG advised SIRVA, a worldwide relocation and moving service, with respect to all aspects of Swiss law on the multi-jurisdictional acquisition of Team Relocations, which also involved a hive out of the Pickfords physical removals business in 7 jurisdictions. The transaction was closed in August 2018. The GHR team was composed of Markus Brülhart (co-lead) and Marc Grüninger (co-lead), Angelika Fiechter, Jasmin Eicher and Zlatina Ivanova.
