GHR Rechtsanwälte advised McWaMo AG in the acquisition of the Hotel Oberland

GHR advised McWaMo AG in the acquisition of the Hotel Oberland, a medium-sized hotel in Lauterbrunnen in the Bernese Oberland (www.hoteloberland.ch). The sellers successfully managed the traditional hotel since 1999 and handed over the management to McWaMo AG in January 2020. McWaMo AG is managed by three individuals who have extensive experience in the hotel business, including managing a hotel in Ireland (www.milltownhouse.com). The GHR team included partners Bruno Hunziker (lead), Markus Brülhart and associate Lejla Tabakovic.
