GHR Rechtsanwälte advised on the restructuring of HPW Group

The restructuring of HPW Group was completed in October 2020. GHR advised the Group's parent company, HPW AG, and its shareholders in relation to corporate and tax law matters.

With the reorganization, the Group's corporate structure was improved and access for various participation models was simplified. The reorganization included companies in Switzerland, Ghana and the Ivory Coast.

HPW Group produces dried fruit and fruit snacks and develops niche products from tropical fruits and vegetables - from the field to the retail shelf. Through a unique, sustainable business model, HPW Group makes an important contribution to economic value creation in Western Africa. HPW Group distributes its products globally.
