GHR Rechtsanwälte advised the shareholders of Gfeller Elektro AG on the sale of the company's shares to VINCI Energies

In June 2022, the shareholders of Gfeller Elektro AG, Bern, Switzerland, sold 100% of the company's shares for an undisclosed price to VINCI Energies, a member of the VINCI Group, a world leader in the concessions, energy and construction business.

Gfeller Elektro AG has been in business for over 100 years and is a family-run company specializing in electrical installations, telematics and Smart ICT, service and small installations, lighting solutions and Smart Home. The company has a strong customer base in the retail trade, real estate, hotels, restaurants and the public sector. With VINCI Energies, whose group also includes the ETAVIS Group, a good partner was found to further establish Gfeller Elektro AG in the market and to further consolidate the Bern location.
