GHR Rechtsanwälte AG advised the owner on the sale of Systems Assembling SA to Helvetica Capital AG
In December 2021, Markus Niederhauser sold 100% of Systems Assembling SA, Boudry, to Helvetica Capital AG for an undisclosed price. Markus Niederhauser will remain as a member of the Board of Directors and the previous Production Manager, Thierry Tschudi, will assume the role of Managing Director as of January 1, 2022. With Peter Huber as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors, the team could be further strengthened.
Systems Assembling SA is a manufacturer in the field of electrical engineering & mechatronics (cable assembly and control cabinet construction) with headquarters in Boudry and a 100% subsidiary in Portugal. The company was founded in 1997 and employs about 110 people (100 in Boudry; 10 in Portugal). Helvetica Capital AG is an entrepreneurial investor with a focus on Swiss SMEs. Helvetica Capital invests in companies and advises both entrepreneurs and investors on financing and succession solutions. Its declared goal is the sustainable and long-term development of 'hidden champions' through active operational and strategic engagement.
