Marc Grüninger, a partner at GHR Rechtsanwälte AG, was recognized by Who's Who Legal among the ten most highly regarded energy and natural resources lawyers in Switzerland who stand out for transactional and project-related matters, as well as disputes and sophisticated regulatory advice.

Mr. Grüninger is co-head of the firm’s Corporate/M&A+Corporate Finance Practice and head of the Energy, Natural Resources and Regulatory Law Practice.
