Marc Grüninger is co-head of the firm’s Corporate/M&A+Corporate Finance Practice and head of the Energy, Natural Resources and Regulatory Law Practice. • the acquisition by GETEC Group of Infrapark Baselland AG from Clariant (SWX: CLN) and of the assets and infrastructure facilities of Novartis (SWX: NOVN) for the operation of the Clariant and Novartis chemical parks in Schweizerhalle, Switzerland;
• the purchase by Danish GPV International A/S of Swiss CCS Group, a leading EMS provider; and
• the CHF 180.5m sale of Carba Immobilien AG and its real estate portfolio to PSP Swiss Property (SWX: PSPN), a leading Swiss real estate group with properties valued at CHF 7.8bn.
