Marc Grüninger recommended by BestLawyers 2020 for M&A

Marc Grüninger is co-head of the firm’s Corporate/M&A+Corporate Finance Practice and head of the Energy, Natural Resources and Regulatory Law Practice. He focuses on domestic and cross-border, private and public M&A, joint ventures, private equity transactions, and corporate finance (including debt financing, securities offerings, syndicated, structured and collateralized lending). Mr. Grüninger also specializes in advising companies active in regulated markets, such as energy and natural resources. He acts as an international arbitrator (ICC, ICSID, Swiss Chambers‘ Arbitration Institution).

  • the acquisition by GETEC Group of Infrapark Baselland AG from Clariant (SWX: CLN) and of the assets and infrastructure facilities of Novartis (SWX: NOVN) for the operation of the Clariant and Novartis chemical parks in Schweizerhalle, Switzerland;
  • the purchase by Danish GPV International A/S of Swiss CCS Group, a leading EMS provider; and
  • the CHF 180.5m sale of Carba Immobilien AG and its real estate portfolio to PSP Swiss Property (SWX: PSPN), a leading Swiss real estate group with properties valued at CHF 7.8bn.
