Markus Brülhart joined GHR Rechtsanwälte AG in 2008. He became a partner in 2017 and is the firm's managing partner since 2018. Markus Brülhart heads GHR's Insolvency and Restructuring practice as well as the Trade and Contract Law practice.
From 2004 until 2006, Markus Brülhart worked as a research assistant at the University of Fribourg.
He advises domestic and international clients on matters of corporate and contract law (including M&A) as well as insolvency, restructuring and enforcement. Markus Brülhart also acts as a special investigator for the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA.
